How to use: Hold the brush horizontally. Press the inner curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards. Use the outer-curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define. If desired, use the tip of the wand to coat lower lash line for precise application.
